RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES ONLY
Returns are accepted on all full priced items for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY, provided that:

Any damage upon opening must be reported immediately. Swimsuits that are shipped out to customers are brand new and not previously worn or opened unless sold as a "SAMPLE" on the website, thus, there should be no sign of wear.

Items must be returned and postmarked within fourteen days of delivery.

The item is returned unworn and undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner. Fit/Try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons and to avoid stains and damage. Dirty liners will void any store credit. Swimsuits with odors will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
For the hygienic safety and satisfaction to ALL customers, returns are thoroughly inspected before issuing store credit or accepting an exchange. If a damaged or worn item is returned, Love And Bikinis will try to contact the customer to let the customer know that the item is damaged/worn and the customer can elect to pay for shipping item back or have us dispose of the item.
Returns that are accepted can be exchanged for another item in stock or receive store credit which can be used to purchase a different style online.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit or a gift card, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
