OUR STORY
The Mission
On a mission to make every woman feel confident, celebrated, and completely at home in her own skin, and in her swimwear. We are building a brand that’s as bold, resilient, and beautiful as the women who wear it. It is expressed through The Original Crinkle™ fabrication, soft, flexible, and designed to flatter without restriction.
The Beginning
Love And Bikinis was founded in Texas in 2017, where the founders first brought their vision to life. In 2019, the brand entered a new chapter, relocating to Miami and drawing inspiration from its sun-soaked shores and coastal spirit.
A mom and daughter duo, fueled by late-night dreams and a shared frustration with swimsuit shopping, decided it was time for something better. What started as a scrappy side hustle while holding down full-time jobs quickly turned into our everything, especially when one of us was laid off during COVID. Instead of a setback, that moment became rocket fuel. We went all in, and the brand exploded.
The Evolution
After testing fabrics, we rediscovered the holy grail: the crinkle fabric invented in 1980's. We fell so hard for it that we made it our mission to bring it back, better than ever. That obsession gave birth to our revolutionary “one size fits most” philosophy and changed swimsuit shopping forever.
No more sizing charts and no more stress in dressing rooms. Just one luxurious, buttery-soft suit that stretches, holds, and flatters real curves. Every crinkle swimsuit is crafted with The Original Crinkle® fabric, the iconic textured crinkle fabric patented in the early 1980s by its original inventor and proudly brought back by Love And Bikinis. It’s the kind of fabric you’ll reach for long after the tan lines fade.
The Present
As of 2024, we have strategically relocated our headquarters to Texas, placing us right in the heart of the country to better design and ship to women all across the USA (and beyond). Still 100% woman-owned and woman-operated, proudly American from top to bottom, and now stocked in over 300 boutiques nationwide and growing fast.

The Biggest Challenge
What was the most difficult part of your journey?
Building this while working exhausting day jobs and funding everything ourselves. There were nights we weren’t sure we could keep going, but quitting was never an option.
The Turning Point
When did your business start to grow?
One of us got laid off from work due to COVID. It was scary because we were dependent on that income for the production of our product. But we suddenly had a lot of time to dedicate to our business and it just shot up from there.
What's Next for Love And Bikinis?
What are your plans for the future?
Continue working with the original crinkle fabric and developing new styles. It is very rewarding to see women of all shapes and sizes be able to go online and have one option and not wonder if the bikini will fit. We do plan to play with new fabrics as well as expand our offering to encompass resort wear and accessories. We do have unique signature crinkle textures that were exclusively created for Love And Bikinis, and will continue to work on new textures.
