Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges only on full-priced items, under the following conditions:
✅ Eligibility Requirements

Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over underwear. Items with stains, removed liners, or odors will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Sale or clearance items are final sale.

Sample items are sold as-is and not eligible for return or exchange.
🔁 Store Credit & Exchanges

Approved returns will be issued store credit or may be exchanged for another in-stock item.

Store credit does not expire and can be used online at any time.

Returns of more than four (4) items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the final store credit amount.
🔍 Inspection & Hygiene Standards
To protect the health and satisfaction of all customers, every return is thoroughly inspected.
If an item is found to be worn, damaged, or unsanitary, it will not be eligible for credit. You will be notified and may choose to cover shipping to have the item returned to you, or authorize us to dispose of it.
🎁 Gifts

If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit via email.

If not marked as a gift, the credit will be issued to the original purchaser.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for returns over $75, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
